I purchased this as a gift. My friend told me it never charged and she has not been able to use it. I'm embarrassed! I emailed the company and got NO response...DON"T BUY IT!!!
I got one for my wife's friend as a Christmas gift because she's proud to be a "gun nut". She loved it! Then I had to get another one for my wife. Then a third for my mother-in-law (her husband refuses to "borrow" it). It's not exactly "high torque", but it's geared down so it's easy to handle. It's fun, but practical.
I ordered 4 revolver screwdrivers and 3 of them worked great the 4th one will not take a charge . So I am not happy with that one lucky it is the one I kept.
